TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JADES CAULDRON


Jades cauldron has the right to stop the sale of an item or discontinue a teaching programme should the person involved start acting in a way that is irresponsible or unreasonable manner. There are no refunds available.

Jades Cauldron reserve the right to change the materials and goods available without prior notice to any other parties. All descriptions and artwork remain the property of Jades Cauldron/Susan Ripton.

Jades Cauldron reserve the right to alter prices on items and courses on website when necessary. Any goods sold or courses undertaken will be sold at the prices show at time of purchase. All monetary transactions are to be made in Pounds sterling. Cheques are to be made payable to Susan Ripton.

Delivery of any items shall be despatched once payment has been received and cheques cleared, this excludes weekends. Delivery will be sent first class whenever possible. Jades Cauldron is not liable for delay in delivery, losses or damage to any item or transaction involving the online courses.

Jades cauldron online courses are available to over 18’s only unless there is a personal letter written to Jades Cauldron by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age. In cases where you have authorized a minor to use the Products and Services, please recognize that you are fully responsible for:

  1. the online conduct of such minor
  2. controlling the minor's access to and use of the Products and Services
  3. the consequences of any misuse by the minor.

The Products and Services may only be used for the intended purpose for which such Products and Services are being made available.

Anyone using services or goods offered by Jades Cauldron, are obligated to submit information that is true, accurate, current, and complete. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that all such information submitted by you is true, accurate, current, and complete.
